Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • PayPal
  • Scheduling: 50% upfront deposit
  • Same-Day Payment: Remaining balance due at the end of the cleaning session.
  • Recurring Clients: Set up automatic payments for weekly/biweekly services.
  • Discounts: Avaliable for repeat booking 

Cancelations

Customer Cancellation Fee: your deposit will be kept if canceled with less than a 24 hrs notice
Late Payment Fee: 10% fee will be added if remaining payment isn't recieved within 72 hrs of completed services

Extra Conditions and Service Refusal Clause

Extra Charges for Above-Normal Cleaning:

Client agrees that the standard cleaning fee covers normal, residential housekeeping tasks. Any of the following conditions may incur additional charges:

  • Excessive clutter or hoarding
  • Unusually heavy dirt, grime, or pet waste
  • Floors, appliances, or surfaces requiring deep scrubbing beyond standard cleaning
  • Excessive laundry, ironing, or organization tasks beyond normal scope
    Additional fees will be communicated prior to starting the work and billed at hourly rate or flat fee per task as agreed.

Right to Refuse Service:
The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue cleaning services if the home presents conditions that are:

  • Unsafe for the cleaner (e.g., hazardous materials, excessive animal waste, unstable furniture)
  • Beyond reasonable expectations for a standard cleaning
  • Likely to cause damage to equipment or property

In such cases, the client will be notified immediately, and no standard cleaning fee will be charged for incomplete service. Any pre-paid or deposit fees will be handled according to the agreement.

Communication and Approval:
If additional work is needed due to unusual conditions, the cleaner will provide a quote for the extra services before continuing. Client approval is required prior to performing any above-normal cleaning tasks.
